A Julia Procedural Language Handler for Postgresql

Is there a known procedural language handler for julia for postgresql in development? Something like what’s explained in PostgreSQL: Documentation: 8.3: Writing A Procedural Language Handler. I would like to contribute either time or what limited money I have to the project
