The tarball for thr aarch64 ARM version seems to be missing from the download page.
I can help build a version - I have access to a nice ARM64 system.
My apologies if this is untrue, as I am working behind a corporate proxy.
I also get an XML error page at https://julialang-s3.julialang.org/bin/linux/aarch64/1.1/julia-1.1.0-linux-aarch64.tar.gz
