Sounds like this Jotform website has had this issue for at least a couple of months. Someone from Jotform support suggested changing the user agent, but I havenât tried that.

haha I canât even open those links! I guess Iâll do this survey on my phone as a workaround.

Had the same problem - switching user agent using a Firefox extension worked for me.

In this case, I would choose three. Perhaps we should change âmost frequentlyâ to âoftenâ or âregularlyâ.
