What would be a good starting point to read  
to figure out how to wrap python graph libraries  
[http://holoviews.org/](http://holoviews.org/) and [Panel Documentation — Panel v0.13.1](https://panel.holoviz.org/index.html) ?

Has somebody already attempted it?
