MWE: a minimal working example to reproduce the problem.
IMO the firewall problem under Windows should have been fixed long ago.

gksqt.exe infected by IDP.Generic as falsely identified by AVAST antivirus software…
I sent “gksqt.exe” to virustotal online to check it out… Website could not find any infections…
