Thanks for looking into this! Actually, I excluded an error in the Cuba library because I can’t reproduce the segmentation fault in a C program calling the library (for example I set MAXEVAL to 100 in this test file) 
If I’ll manage to produce a reproducible recipe in C, I’ll report the issue to the author. Thanks!
