Starting today, every few minutes I get this popup error message in the VSCode Julia REPL pane:
 ![image](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/julialang/original/3X/5/a/5ac46bd54f438237e0830f43fb5b1c5fc4116764.png)
Usually it requires me to quit and restart VSCode to continue working. I haven’t figured out how to reproduce this error. Anyone else encounter this?

Maybe unrelated, but my VSCode recently updated:

```julia
Version: 1.70.1 (user setup)
Commit: 6d9b74a70ca9c7733b29f0456fd8195364076dda
Date: 2022-08-10T06:08:33.642Z
Electron: 18.3.5
Chromium: 100.0.4896.160
Node.js: 16.13.2
V8: 10.0.139.17-electron.0
OS: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19042
```

My version of the Julia language extension is 1.6.30.

> Disabling terminal.integrated.shellIntegration.enabled should fix this in the short-term.

You can also upgrade to 1.6.31 on the insiders channel.
