Is it possible to configure VS Code to automatically start with the Julia REPL running in its integrated terminal?

Install [Commands Executor - Visual Studio Marketplace](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ionutvmi.vscode-commands-executor) and set

```julia-auto
 "vscode-commands-executor.startupRules": [
    {
      "commands": [
        {
          "id": "language-julia.startREPL"
        },
      ],
      "message": "Starting Julia REPL...",
      // "conditions": [
      // "hasFile: **/Project.toml"
      // ]
    }
  ]

```
