# Voting system to assess community demand for various features

I would be interested in seeing user votes as an informative signal, but keep in mind that it wouldn’t be binding in any way. It’s always good to know what the major pain points and problems people are having are. We should also remember that people who read and participate on this forum are not representative of all Julia users – the typical Julia user has never posted on any Julia forum.
