There is in fact a Discourse plugin for this feature: Discourse Voting - plugin - Discourse Meta . Could be worth a shot. I tried it on the Juno forum (which seems like a good candidate for this kind of feature) and it works well technically, but it didn’t get a huge amount of usage.

I might repeat myself here: in some places of the development space the ratio users to developers is close to inf. Yes, a voting mechanism might be needed for priorisation, but the general problem is that (many, incl. me) julia users don’t want to go into support mode for code.
