Jetbrains IDEs provide the opportunity to launch Notebooks in them:

That is available in Pycharm, the most popular Python IDE in the world.
So good expose, to be compatible with that. 😉

As they are recently also getting support for LSP, is it about time to care about Julia support as well.

As a first step, we can [collectively vote](https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/DS-2868/Support-Julia-for-Jupyter-Notebook) for Notebook support 😃

As eventually, someone could love to care about [LSP support](https://blog.jetbrains.com/platform/2023/07/lsp-for-plugin-developers/) for Julia. ❤

We should first have proper support for notebooks and Pluto in vscode that is by far the most widely used IDE
