# Using DataFrames on J 1.0.1 : now 5-7 seconds

Related to my old post [Using DataFrames: ~ 10 seconds](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/using-dataframes-10-seconds/9526) . Is there a remedy in sight for

```julia
julia> @time using DataFrames
~ 5-9 seconds (iMac and 4-year old Macbook Pro)

```

I believe this was on the agenda.
