Whenever I try to install packages like: JuliaDB, ExcelReaders, ExcelFiles and SymPy, the program shows this message in the console: GitError (Code: ENOTFOUND, Class: Repository, Could not find repository from ‘DocStringExtensions’) What should I do?

Looks like there is a problem with .julia/v0.6/DocStringExtensions. You could try to remove that directory and try again.
