Is there an easy/recommended way to use iJulia with MPI?

I see this has (somewhat) been asked in the [past](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/mpi-jupyter-kernel-cluster-in-julia-similar-to-dask-mpi-ipyparallel/67240). But I’m wondering if anything has changed in the last few years (which is quite a bit of time for Julia…)

Fwiw I haven’t found anything better since that post for using MPI _transport_ in a notebook.

As far as using MPI to spawn workers, in a notebook I generally use `ElasticManager` from `ClusterManagers` and just `srun`/`mpiexec` the worker-connect-command with as many workers as I want, which has been very robust, as long as you can live with TCP transport.
