I moved some of my projects to an organization and I updated the repo URL in the general registry three days ago, as suggested in [GitHub - JuliaRegistries/General: The official registry of general Julia packages](https://github.com/JuliaRegistries/General#how-do-i-transfer-a-package-to-an-organization-or-another-user). All three pull requests are still open. Do I have to make some other changes or adjustments?

For what it’s worth you could have made those updates in one PR, but either way it’s a question of getting attention from someone with merge privileges. I believe the Slack `pkg-registration` channel tends to be most effective.
