It’s having trouble mixing the automatic differentiation for the Jacobian in the implicit solver with the automatic differentiation with the parameter handling. This is a problem with the ReverseDiff form. The easiest thing to do is just remove the forward autodiff of the Jacobian (it doesn’t effect performance too much), via things like TRBDF2(autodiff=false).
