# Unable to install ThinkJulia

Hello All,

**OS:** Ubuntu 19.10  
**Julia Version:** 1.3.1

I am trying to learn Julia from this book [Think Julia: How to Think Like a Computer Scientist](https://benlauwens.github.io/ThinkJulia.jl/latest/book.html). As part of the course I need to install a package called **ThinkJulia**. While I try to do it, I am getting an error saying that a package name **Libuuid** won’t get installed. Can I know what binaries I need to install so that things are fixed.

**Error Log:**

```julia
(v1.3) pkg> add https://github.com/BenLauwens/ThinkJulia.jl

Hello All,

I solved it by running these two commands on Ubuntu

```julia
$ sudo apt-get install uuid-dev

```

and

```julia
$ sudo apt-get install uuid-runtime

```
