It’s unfortunate that you found the documentation confusing - do you have suggestions for how we can improve it?

Also, please note that [PSA: Julia is not at that stage of development anymore](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/psa-julia-is-not-at-that-stage-of-development-anymore/44872), so it’s quite unlikely that the scoping is going to change at this point.
