[Performance Tips · The Julia Language](https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/manual/performance-tips/) says "Measure performance with `@time` " but whenever someone comes with a performance question on Discourse they’re always advised to use `@btime` instead. Should the docs be changed or not?

The docs also say

> Note: For more serious benchmarking, consider the BenchmarkTools.jl package which among other things evaluates the function multiple times in order to reduce noise.
