You may have to post more details, such as the command that you issued and the exact error message that was shown. In the past, this error has resulted from typos in the package name (e.g. [ERROR: The following package names could not be resolved: Pyplot](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/error-the-following-package-names-could-not-be-resolved-pyplot/36726))
