Is there any progress here? I would like to have a UI in VS Code for running tests, especially for running a **single test** , similar to Python:

I’m new to Julia, came from Swift/JavaScript. I could not find a way to run a [single unit test](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/test-specific-test-sets-in-julia-v0-5/378), which is crucial for test driven development (I don’t want to run all tests after each key stroke). Is it why there is no unit test integration in VS Code? 🙂
