My department at the University of New Hampshire has a tenure-track opening in statistics / data science.

Julia is not specifically mentioned in the job advertisement, but speaking for myself, it is a big plus. Any candidate with big ideas for drastically modernizing the scientific / statistics computing curriculum and research workflow would have a compelling case and a willing partner.
