TensorFlow test failing - my config?

Updating TF today showed a move from 0.10.2 to 0.10.4. TensorFlow tests now complete as expected with no error in the testing process, but with 2 tests in error:

rnn dynamic length 
    TensorFlow.nn.rnn_cell.LSTMCell
