Welcome! This looks like the Windows linker bug that arose from the depths last week. Try updating your packages — there are workarounds that have been recently tagged. Or you could test out the [pending Julia v1.10.4 release](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/julia-1-10-4-testing-period/114958/).
