Hi,

I am currently experimenting with my _nVIDIA Jetson Nano_ and have had no problems so far. Now I want to use _StatsPlots_ in addition to PLots, but for _StastPlots_ it is noted in the precompiling phase that the Arpack package cannot be built. (I know there’s been some hints, but I’m still not getting anywhere ( [Arpack](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/distributions-and-arpack-fail-to-build/16437)). I’m happy if someone has a clue for me! Here is the error message:

```julia
ERROR: LoadError: No deps.jl file could be found. Please try running Pkg.build("Arpack").
Currently, the build command might fail when Julia has been built from source
and the recommendation is to use the official binaries from julialang.org.
For more info see https://github.com/JuliaLinearAlgebra/Arpack.jl/issues/5.
On my Windows system there are no such problems…😐
Thank you!
