I am trying to install a statistics package, but both `StatsBase` and `Statistics` fail to be installed. According to the error message , there is something called `ASTInterpreter2`, but I can not find this pacakage… Or is there anything wrong with my Atom version ?

```julia
Pkg.add("StatsBase")
