- any firewall / **antivirus** ( Kaspersky antivirus ) or special proxy ? ( see [Problem with curl.exe (Windows) and package installation - #62 by aerdely](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/problem-with-curl-exe-windows-and-package-installation/29525/62) )
