Is it possible to specify network topology by argument?
[http://docs.julialang.org/en/stable/manual/parallel-computing/#specifying-network-topology-experimental](http://docs.julialang.org/en/stable/manual/parallel-computing/#specifying-network-topology-experimental)

Like julia --machinefile “nodes.txt” --topology=master\_slave
