Sounds like a GitHub issue. If you go to [TagBot · Workflow runs · ctkelley/SIAMFANLEquations.jl · GitHub](https://github.com/ctkelley/SIAMFANLEquations.jl/actions/workflows/tagbot.yml) you should have a button to manually trigger the workflow again.
