Per [Please read: make it easier to help you](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/please-read-make-it-easier-to-help-you/14757), it is unlikely anyone will be able to troubleshoot this without a full stacktrace. I do know that oneAPI.jl support is quite spotty, and the library itself could use some help to get to a place where it works well for ML workloads.
