I’ve finally released the first version of [`PhysicalConstants.jl`](https://github.com/JuliaPhysics/PhysicalConstants.jl) (see [the announcement](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/ann-rfc-new-package-physicalconstants-jl/14737/4)).
