All working fine now, and basic documentation in place: [GitHub - ufechner7/Joysticks.jl: Joystick interface for Julia](https://github.com/ufechner7/Joysticks.jl)

Just renamed it to Joysticks.jl, will register it soon.

Currently this only works on Linux. Contributions for Windows and Mac would be very welcome!
