OK, I can run your code:

```julia
julia> include("opt.jl")
MILP (generic function with 1 method)
```

Can you also share the code you use to call the function MILP(), which means example values for `c, l, ps, d, time_limit` ?

See: [Please read: make it easier to help you](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/please-read-make-it-easier-to-help-you/14757) point 4.
