first you should [make it easier to help you](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/psa-make-it-easier-to-help-you/14757).  
Its hard to get what the actual issue is:

How do you “download” the package:

- `]pkg up` ?
- `cd $PATH_TO_REPO ;git pull` and then doing a `]dev "PATH_TO_REPO"` in julia?
