I’m not sure what you did, but it sounds like you messed up your installation. Probably easiest to delete the whole C:\Users\hi\.julia directory and then re-do
pkg> add Atom DifferentialEquations Juno Plots PyCall
at the pkg> prompt (type ] in the REPL to get this prompt).
