One of the nicest things about developing Julia packages is the fact that we can deploy new releases with attobot with a single click on GitHub. What I would like to propose is some sort of mechanism that prints the changelog of a new release on the Julia prompt whenever the user asks for an update with `Pkg.update()`.

Currently, we can see the tags in the update log like `Foo v1.2.3 -> v1.2.4`, but even better would be if for each of these new tags we could see a list of changes right away from the [release description](https://github.com/juliohm/GeoStats.jl/releases). Maybe a verbose option to `Pkg.update(verbose=true)`? What are your thoughts on this?

Perfect, didn’t know there was issue open already. Like the option `Pkg.update(news=true)`.
