Hello all,

I just wanted to call your attention to what content qualifies for a poster at JuliaCon 2025. In particular we encourage **all package maintainers to submit a poster about their package** , especially if you feel you don’t have enough content for a full talk.

Posters will be presented in person. Here’s the relevant passage from the CFP:

> Posters will be presented in person at JuliaCon 2025, in a special poster session (day to be determined). Posters are an opportunity for new & existing packages, students, and junior researchers to present their work that may not merit a full talk. Any package with a `README` can become a great poster, and **the committee encourages all package maintainers to submit a poster about their package**. Additionally, new in 2025, a **best poster prize** will be awarded during the poster session.
