I am happy to share my teaching material for an introductory machine learning course. It is a 4 credits course I teach for fifth semester Bachelor students in Life Sciences at EPFL.

Previews of the pluto notebooks running on a sliderserver are [here](https://bio322.epfl.ch).
The pluto notebooks have minimal explanations; they are not meant for self-study.
I use them during the lectures to demonstrate things visually and the students use them as inspiration for the applied exercises (at the bottom of each notebook) and the machine learning competition we run at the end of the semester.

The source code and the slides are [here](https://github.com/jbrea/MLCourse).

To create custom system images I wrote [PrecompilePlutoCourse.jl](https://github.com/jbrea/PrecompilePlutoCourse.jl).
If this is useful for others I will register it.

Please feel free to adapt and reuse any part of this.
