How do I figure out which package is responsible for this?

```julia
julia> Pkg.update()
INFO: Updating METADATA...
Private key location for 'git@github.com' [/Users/cbinz/.ssh/id_rsa]:
```

I’m only on `master` for a couple unregistered packages, and `git remote -v` doesn’t seem to show anything unusual in those directories.
