We are still working on updating [live.juliacon.org](http://live.juliacon.org).

In the meantime could we make [JuliaCon 2023 Streams will be on YouTube](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/juliacon-2023-streams-will-be-on-youtube/101956) more visible on Discourse so people can find the stream.

I definitely agree JuliaCon needs more visibility, but I think we should specifically craft a more general banner message instead.
