# Pasting long lines into the REPL takes too long in Win10?

@lmiq, thanks. This might be another great Windows feature… Tested also launching the REPL from the latest Microsoft PowerShell as per [this post](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/windows-terminal-announcement/23929/4) instructions, but there was no improvement.
