# Paper on mesh library in Julia

A paper on the Julia mesh library [MeshCore.jl](https://github.com/PetrKryslUCSD/MeshCore.jl) appeared [online](https://reader.elsevier.com/reader/sd/pii/S096599782100034X?token=8CC79EB3DD17F03AE924978A4DC91E6420913D81164F5DAFB0C92E1E4341A745AAC103F726B995ED770BC4D7C865BD8A&originRegion=us-east-1&originCreation=20210511143613).

Disclaimer: The typesetting turned out to result in an unmitigated disaster. Miscommunication and carelessness of the Elsevier staff produced a very inferior product. My apologies! Maybe just post a high-quality preprint on arXiv, and [add a link](https://arxiv.org/help/jref) to the published paper?

arXiv has more visibility than a link to a pdf in a git repository.

That is of course true, but my point when including the paper in the repository was that it is most useful to those who actually use the package. Visibility is already taken care of through the indexing data bases.
