Hallo,

I do my first steps in Julia and try to reproduce the results of following tutorial:
[https://docs.circuitscape.org/Omniscape.jl/stable/examples/#Forest-connectivity-in-central-Maryland](https://docs.circuitscape.org/Omniscape.jl/stable/examples/#Forest-connectivity-in-central-Maryland)

When I try to run Omniscape:

> currmap, flow\_pot, norm\_current = run\_omniscape(…

it occurs following error message:

> ERROR: TypeError: in keyword argument reclass\_table, expected Array{Union{Missing, T}, 2} where T\<:Number, got a value of type Vector{Union{Missing, Float64}}
> Stacktrace:
> [1] top-level scope
> @ REPL[10]:1

How to solve this error?

If anyone still needs to solve this error, it is probably caused by copy-pasting the reclass\_table variable into the Julia command line interpreter. I’ve noticed it sometimes ignores some empty spaces.

The variable in question should look something like reclass\_table = [11. 100; 21 500; …] but when the empty spaces get dropped it becomes reclass\_table = [11.100; 21500; …]

Your error is saying it expects a two dimensional array, and it has gotten from you a 1D vector, which makes sense when you notice how the content of the variable changed while pasting into the command line.
