How much I understood is in `NUTS(burnin, acceptance rate)` burnin is warmup period where it look for leap-frog steps and step size or I am wrong?

Because I wanted to ask if i set `NUTS(0,0.65)` and remove initial iterations manually is different then using `NUTS(burnin, 0.65)` direct burnin?
