# Nteract does not work

Hi Team,

I have installed Julia 1.5 version along with nteract application, but when i launch nteract application on my windows 64 bit machine, nteract keeps loading and i do not see the white screen.

Please suggest the fix for this case.

Hi Shashank, welcome to our forums,

Does the problem of `nteract` comes from Julia? Otherwise you would be probably be better served asking the question to the people responsible for `nteract`. If you do not have Julia installed, the same problem happens?
