I want to compute the Normalized Laplacian of a graph `g`.
Is there something more straightforward than?

```julia
adjmat = LightGraphs.LinAlg.CombinatorialAdjacency(adjacency_matrix(g))
Ln = I - Diagonal(adjmat.D.^(-1/2))*(adjmat.A)*Diagonal(adjmat.D.^(-1/2))
```
