# No version info in "Oh My Posh" with juliaup

When installing Julia with the regular installer on Windows I receive a correct version info in an “Oh My Posh” segment when being in an “Julia folder”. But installing Julia via [juliaup](https://github.com/JuliaLang/juliaup) the same directory now states “err parsing info from julia with” in the segment.
Does anybody have an idea why and how this can be make work again?
I already asked the “Oh My Posh” developer for help at

Fortunately the issue was solved by JanDeDobbeleer (the author of “Oh My Posh”) with the help of David Anthoff (the author of juliaup) in [v12.26.8](https://github.com/JanDeDobbeleer/oh-my-posh/releases/tag/v12.26.8).
