Can you send me the `.nl` file? This is probably a bug we can fix.

I’ve opened an issue: [[FileFormats.NL] read linear functions where possible · Issue #2511 · jump-dev/MathOptInterface.jl · GitHub](https://github.com/jump-dev/MathOptInterface.jl/issues/2511)

I’m not sure how difficult the fix is.
