Hello everyone 😃,  
I am pleased to announce the recent publication of [LymphoDose: a lymphocyte dose estimation framework - application to brain radiotherapy](https://doi.org/10.1088/1361-6560/ad3c8d), entirely developed in [Julia](https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia) (and the plot with [Makie.jl](https://github.com/MakieOrg/Makie.jl)) ! This is a framework developed as part of my PhD aimed at evaluating the dose received by circulating lymphocytes during radiotherapy treatment. The simulation is based on compartment models associated with continuous-time semi-Markovian chains.
