[For Windows](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/a-way-to-capture-screenshots-with-julia-programatically/57666), we have the beautiful `ImageMagick.load("screenshot:")`
[For Linux](https://discourse.julialang.org/t/screenshots-with-package-or-cmd-tool/46158/2), we have another less elegant solution with `ImageMagick`
For Mac or cross-platform, how can we take a screenshot programmatically? Ideally a Julia-native system, though pycall or similar could be acceptable.

It would handy if there was a C API to [Apple Developer Documentation](https://developer.apple.com/documentation/screencapturekit)

Looks like someone has built Python bindings:

> **[pyobjc-framework-ScreenCaptureKit](https://pypi.org/project/pyobjc-framework-ScreenCaptureKit/)**

> Wrappers for the framework ScreenCaptureKit on macOS

There seem to be some old attempts at Objective C bindings here:

> **[GitHub - JuliaInterop/ObjectiveC.jl: Objective-C embedded in Julia](https://github.com/JuliaInterop/ObjectiveC.jl)**
>
> Objective-C embedded in Julia. Contribute to JuliaInterop/ObjectiveC.jl development by creating an account on GitHub.

@Erik_Engheim , were you working in updating these at one point?
